Refund and Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-returnable items: perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software, and some health and personal care items.

Partial Refunds:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Return Process:

  1. Include a receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Mail your item to: 605 Helen St, Fayetteville, NC 28303.
  3. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Check your bank or credit card account.
  • Contact your bank for processing times.
  • If you still haven’t received your refund, email us at sales@redt2shop.com.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are refundable; sale items are not.

Exchanges: We only replace defective or damaged items. For exchanges, email sales@redt2shop.com and send your item to: 605 Helen St, Fayetteville, NC 28303.

Gifts:

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
  • If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.
